Public global citizenship data is accessible from anywhere by anyone, while private global citizenship data is accessible through a private-key decryption on blockchain servers. In most countries, custodial services for identification is offered by banks and/or the state. Some information can only be accessed through rigorous identification at any UN Secretariat point of service.
Global citizenship identification framework can be borrowed by affiliated organizations and States for uses such as
- government identification issuance,
- voter registration,
- payment of taxes and
- banking.
# Ideas
- Some member-states have privilegeous access to their citizen's information. Some information that isn't shared with member states is access data (to protect global citizens when fleeing a country, for example). This is a measure implemented to discourage State Absolute Totalitarism preemptively. When illegal activities are reported to the UN (about connection to the Other, for example), a special access is offered to the investigating group, named #incomplete.
