as in: if I create a RL agent and hook it to reality (actual sensors and enactors), can I assume the percepts (what is sensed) to come from a Turing Complete (TC) program?
Since we can make TC machines in reality, it has to be TC in the sense that it can support a TC configuration. But it is not TC for every phenomenon.
So I'd conclude superficially that it is not.
Also, as a side thought, cause and effect in reality is bound by spacetime I think it is uncomputable. There are uncomputable programs that runs on real computers. How can a computable reality run uncomputable programs out of its base phenomena?
